Haven welcomes all visitors and we encourage you to enjoy all the amenities of our picturesque town. Nestled in a quiet corner of coastal Maine, we offer abundant recreational choices. Join with our locals for a rousing wolf hunt in the ample forest that borders our town, or enjoy a relaxing day at sea on one of the many sailboats available for rent. Local artisans will be delighted to show their wares and the many bistros and pubs nearby offer endless meal choices. Whatever your preferences may be, your visit to Haven will be an experience you'll never forget!
This Week in Haven
Chris Brody is a great man. Even with the recent death of his father, he has kept his chin up and maintained his same level of community service. The young boys on the little league team he coaches all rave about how wonderful he is. "On Saturday, after we lost the game, he let us get pizza!" shares Brendan Gibbs. "I mean, sure he made us pay for our own, but we got pizza! It was cool."
The Bluenose Lagerhauss has informed us that Chris will have top billing at their annual charity bachelor auction next week. He has reluctantly agreed to be part of the auction since the proceeds go towards conservation and cleanup of our local coastline. In the latest poll, Chris was favored 90 to 10 over the next most popular bachelor. He is concerned, however, that his reputation in the scientific community may be compromised if word of his involvement spreads, so he has asked that he be listed on the docket as simply "Fitz". So for the next seven days, lets remember to call him Fitz.
